      PITCHING IS OFFENSE!

      About

People in baseball and softball call me Ballgame because I get serious results with pitchers. The results stem from teaching pitchers to have an identity that is consistent with being an Out Producer. I do not sell mental skills or mechanical work (pitch design) even though I am obviously well-versed in both. When pitchers work with me, they expect a transformation of their identity on the mound. Some of my results include two different pitching staffs shattering the program record for lowest team ERA (and most strike outs), 21 former players going on to play pro ball (2 current big leaguers) and helping a top pro softball pitcher become the first female athlete to sign a million dollar contract.

What do I mean by Out Producer? It is a direct contrast to what front offices and their analytics teams call "run prevention". Their emphasis is to focus on "not giving up runs" which still presupposes that it's inevitable. It is a defensive mindset and it's selling your organization short. Being an Out Producer is all about having a relentless focus on sending as many hitters as possible back to the dugout where they came from. PITCHING IS OFFENSE. It doesn't take an Ivy League degree to calculate the number of hitters that get sent back to the dugout where they came from. The higher the number of hitters sent back to the dugout, the more wins your organization will likely accumulate because the opposing teams can't beat you if their hitters have wet newspapers in their hands.

Tim Grover said, "The true measure of an individual is in that which cannot be measured - the Intangibles." If you have pitchers in your organization that have physical projectability, the key to helping them reach their potential is not more data or going into a lab. They need what I teach. It costs literally nothing (besides my consulting fee) to implement my material, yet your ROI will very likely be higher than you ever imagined. Your fan engagement (I have a few strategies in mind for this) will go way up the more hitters your pitchers send back to the dugout. More fan engagement means greater revenue generation which goes back to ROI. It starts with Out Production. Do yourself and your pitchers a favor by investing in helping them develop an unshakeable identity of being an Out Producer. #OutProducerNation #OPN
